Ultra High Vacuum Furnaces

Ultra high vacuum furnaces are controlled to give complete thermal/vacuum cycling from a single push button operation. The furnaces can be supplied with gas quench facility. By applying our knowledge at VG Scienta we can guarantee clean, hydrocarbon-free environments at pressures better than 10-6 mbar at 1400 ºC. Standard configurations offer hot zones up to 600 mm in diameter x 800 mm high and temperature ranges up to 1850 ºC (105 mm diameter x 140 mm high).
