R4000 with Lens 1

Up to 10 keV and up to 20 mbar ambient pressure measurements is supported by the R4000 Lens 1. The robust design of the R4000 Lens 1 models permit a wide range of measurements, in a wide range of conditions: Up to 10 keV kinetic energy and up to 20 mbar ambient pressure. It also provides possibilities for angular resolved electron spectroscopy. R4000-10 keV ANALYZER

High kinetic energy measurements (HAXPES) up to 10 keV as well as valence band measurements are possible with the Scienta R4000-10 keV analyzer. The analyzer is fully equipped for XPS, UPS, and ARPES with lens tables for angular and transmission mode measurements. Kinetic energies from 5 eV – 10,000 eV are measured with a large selection of slits and wide range of pass energies from 5-500. Guaranteed energy resolution <100 meV at 10 keV kinetic energy. The Scienta R4000-6 keV analyzer allows high kinetic energy measurements (HAXPES) up to 6 keV but also valence band measurements. Ambient/High pressure measurements are possible with the Scienta R4000 Lens 1 XPS/UPS HiPP analyzer. Like all R4000 spectrometers it is designed for high transmission XPS and UPS studies but it also features extra differential pumping possibilities in the lens.
