FG300 Flood gun

Flood gun for charge neutralization of non-conducting samples during ESCA/XPS investigations. The flood gun spot size is optimized to match the entrance slits of the VG Scienta spectrometer and the spot size of the MX650 for maximum system performance and stability.

• Emission current on sample: 0 - 10 µA
• Beam deflection:  0 - 100 V
• Electronics directly attached to the electron gun.
